Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for quantitative evaluation.
- Lead and mentor a team of quantitative evaluation specialists.
- Create metrics and evaluations for critical areas of the Waymo Driver.
- Innovate workflows for evaluating safety, compliance, and service quality.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate evaluation insights into product development.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain robust data processing pipelines.
- Communicate complex quantitative findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or data science, with leadership experience.
- 5+ years managing high-performing quantitative or data science teams.
- Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in statistical modeling and quantitative methods.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and/or Python.
- Experience developing evaluation tools and metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
