Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive control plans for quality expectations in production.
- Maintain a failure catalogue to document and analyze failures for continuous improvement.
- Ensure solid-state battery cells meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.
- Implement and improve real-time inspection and testing strategies.
- Investigate production issues using structured problem-solving tools and ensure robust corrective actions.
- Collaborate with process engineers to embed quality control measures in production workflows.
- Regularly audit shop floor practices for adherence to standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality control or supplier quality assurance in automotive, semiconductor, or battery industries.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, material sciences, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
- Specialized knowledge in quality assurance and battery technology.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good project management skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Business fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to maintain flexible work hours and travel as needed.
