Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and implement comprehensive control plans for solid-state battery cells.
- Establish and maintain a failure catalogue to document and analyze failures.
- Ensure solid-state battery cells meet quality, reliability, and performance standards during production.
- Implement and improve real-time, in-line inspection and testing strategies.
- Investigate production issues using structured problem-solving tools and ensure corrective actions.
- Collaborate with process engineers to embed quality control measures into production workflows.
- Audit shop floor practices to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in development quality control and/or supplier quality assurance in relevant industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, material sciences, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Specialized knowledge of batteries and battery cell technology.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Project management skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work flexibly with time zone differences and potential overtime.
- Business fluency in English; German skills are advantageous.
