Responsibilities
- Support the overall Factory Management System.
- Define and implement quality standards and procedures for assembly processes.
- Develop and maintain standards for inspection and evaluation throughout assembly.
- Formulate quality assurance procedures and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provide technical advice to cross-functional teams on process improvements.
- Assure products meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to ISO standard requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering Tools and Techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Domestic and International Regulations and Industry Standards.
- ASQ Quality Engineering Certification or similar certifications (helpful but not required).
- Ability to work in a team environment and be resourceful.
- Experience in data analysis and quality reporting.
