Responsibilities
- Support the overall Factory Management System.
- Define and implement quality standards and procedures for assembly processes.
- Develop and maintain standards for inspection and evaluation.
- Formulate quality assurance procedures and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provide technical advice to cross-functional teams for process improvements.
- Assure compliance with customer requirements for shipped products.
- Conduct internal audits to meet ISO standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical field.
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Engineering Tools and Techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with domestic and international quality regulations.
- Certifications in quality engineering are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a team and problem-solve effectively.
