Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing processes and transition new statements of work.
- Monitor adherence to internal processes and standards.
- Collaborate on tool and fixture design with NC Programming and operations.
- Review initial production runs with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Mentor and train new Manufacturing Engineers and Planners.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues impacting profitability.
- Support estimating teams on strategic bid packages.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles.
- Experience in process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
