Responsibilities
- Improve current processes and transition new statements of work.
- Monitor adherence to internal processes and standards for manufacturing.
- Collaborate on tool and fixture design with NC Programming and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Review first part runs with Quality and Operations to ensure conformity.
- Mentor and train new Manufacturing Engineers/Planners.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues related to profitability and scrap.
- Support estimating team on strategic bid packages and engineering design concerns.
Job Requirements
- Experience in process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in project management tools and developing project schedules.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
- Experience with Engineering Work Orders and Change Orders.
- Knowledge of New Product Integration (NPI) processes.
