Responsibilities
- Improve current processes and transition new statements of work.
- Monitor adherence to internal processes and standards.
- Collaborate on tool and fixture design with NC Programming and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Review first part runs with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations.
- Mentor and train new Manufacturing Engineers/Planners.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues impacting profitability.
- Support the estimating team on strategic bid packages.
Job Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and process standardization.
- Strong understanding of NC Programming and operations.
- Project management skills, including developing schedules and tracking progress.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in New Product Integration (NPI) processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
