Responsibilities
- Improve current processes and transition new statements of work.
- Monitor adherence to internal processes and standards for manufacturing.
- Collaborate on tool and fixture design with NC Programming and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Review first part runs with Quality and Operations for compliance.
- Mentor and train new Manufacturing Engineers/Planners.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues related to profitability.
- Support estimating team in reviewing engineering design for strategic bid packages.
Job Requirements
- Experience in process standardization and development of work instructions.
- Knowledge of configuration control and engineering work orders.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency in project management, including schedule development in MS Project.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to report progress and manage teams.
- Ability to analyze information and evaluate solutions effectively.
- Experience in New Product Integration (NPI) work.
