Responsibilities
- Lead onsite deployment operations for autonomous robots.
- Configure robots, including mapping, navigation, and fleet traffic management.
- Conduct testing and develop test plans for customer-specific use-cases.
- Perform hardware, software, and networking setup of robots.
- Coordinate deployment solutions with customer operations and technical teams.
- Collect performance data and log site issues for engineering and support teams.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and customer training.
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Computer Science, or Mechanical preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and software diagnostic tools.
- Strong attention to detail and experience with data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to travel 75%-100% of the time.
- Prior experience in technical automation or robotics preferred.
- Experience with coding or debugging.
