Responsibilities
- Configure autonomous robots at customer sites, including mapping and navigation.
- Design and conduct test plans for specific customer use cases.
- Set up hardware, software, and networking for autonomous systems on-site.
- Collaborate with customer operations and technical leads for deployment solutions.
- Understand customer operations and complete site configurations for automation.
- Collect data to assess system performance and log issues for engineering teams.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide customer training.
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Computer Science, or Mechanical preferred).
- Knowledge of mechanical and software diagnostic tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics for process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel 75%-100% monthly.
- Prior experience in automation/robotics is preferred.
