Responsibilities
- Lead technical reviews during design reviews and risk assessments.
- Oversee qualification and test completeness for flight systems.
- Identify risks early in test campaigns and guide teams towards resilient solutions.
- Evaluate design and operational changes to maintain technical integrity.
- Serve as the architect of engineering standards and design guides.
- Support engineering teams with design, build cycles, and integration.
- Build and refine processes to ensure engineering rigor and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, design ownership, or reliability-focused development.
- Experience conducting design and qualification reviews.
- Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills.
- Resilient and committed to continuous learning in high-pressure environments.
- Hands-on experience with hardware design and testing.
- Familiarity with reliability methodologies and human-rated hardware standards.
