Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of shipyard work items for radar and communication systems.
- Create and maintain project schedules for shipyard activities.
- Manage Transportation Alterations (TRANSALTs) requirements.
- Evaluate project plans, budgets, and expenditures.
- Provide project status reports and briefings.
- Maintain relationships with shipyard stakeholders.
- Organize on-site and virtual shipyard meetings.
Job Requirements
- Active Secret clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years shipyard experience.
- Knowledge of vessel design and construction materials.
- Familiarity with classification society rules (ABS, USCG).
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to pass a Mariner’s Physical and travel as needed.
