Responsibilities

  • Drive Supply Chain readiness for hardware products and ensure program delivery on schedule, scale, cost, and quality.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams to meet deadlines and drive product readiness.
  • Manage relationships with Contract Manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Lead post-ramp validations for product and process changes.
  • Identify and manage improvements around the supply chain in cost, quality, efficiency, and output.
  • Provide regular program status updates to senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment with open communication among all stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a Hardware Operations Program Manager or similar role.
  • Experience delivering hardware products to customers in complex environments at large scale.
  • Experience leading programs in all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with all Hardware engineering disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Design, and Supply Chain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically 30% of the time.
