Responsibilities
- Drive Supply Chain readiness for hardware products.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams.
- Manage relationships with Contract Manufacturers and suppliers.
- Lead post-ramp validations for product and process changes.
- Identify and manage improvements in cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Provide regular program status updates to senior management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Hardware Operations Program Management or similar roles.
- Experience delivering hardware products in complex environments at scale.
- Knowledge of all Hardware engineering disciplines and supply chain processes.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
