Responsibilities
- Drive Supply Chain readiness for hardware products and ensure program delivery on schedule, scale, cost, and quality.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams to meet deadlines and drive product readiness.
- Manage relationships with Contract Manufacturers and suppliers.
- Lead post-ramp validations for product and process changes.
- Identify and manage improvements around the supply chain in cost, quality, efficiency, and output.
- Provide regular program status updates to senior management.
- Foster a collaborative working environment with open communication among all stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Hardware Operations Program Manager or similar role.
- Experience delivering hardware products to customers in complex environments at large scale.
- Experience leading programs in all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with all Hardware engineering disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Design, and Supply Chain.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically 30% of the time.
