Responsibilities
- Perform engineering analysis and design for projects, ensuring compliance with university standards.
- Develop documentation including drawings and specifications for bidding and construction.
- Manage Facilities Management Services (FMS) programs and oversee project operations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and inspect building systems for necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Develop and implement policies and guidelines for facility systems.
- Provide construction phase support, including review of submittals and field observations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years in electrical design and operation.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Experience in facilities management or construction related to mechanical trade is a plus.
- Valid State Driver's License.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects as required.
