Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot controls automation system issues using PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.
- Architect, write, and debug PLC code for high-volume manufacturing applications.
- Create user-friendly HMI screens for complex machines.
- Conduct predictive maintenance analysis on production equipment.
- Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for plant performance.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for operational support.
Job Requirements
- Experience in PLC programming with Siemens TIA Portal.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Expertise in Siemens PLC, VFD, HMI, and Servo System programming/troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DeviceNet and Ethernet I/P.
- Experience with electrical schematic reading and electromechanical systems.
- Familiarity with robots, specifically YASKAWA and ABB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
