Responsibilities
- Initiates actions to resolve problems and improve process performance.
- Prepares reports, flow diagrams, and charts to propose process enhancements.
- Updates documentation of processes into work instructions and training guides.
- Ensures processes are cost-efficient and meet throughput and quality requirements.
- Compares existing manufacturing practices with external benchmarks for improvements.
- Leads capital project efforts to resolve production capacity issues.
- Collaborates across the organization to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related Operations or Engineering field.
- 3+ years of related experience, preferably in PCB.
- Working knowledge of CNC programming and engineering drawings.
- Strong project management and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Lean methodologies and statistical tools.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Visual Basic, and Minitab.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
