Responsibilities
- Create detailed documentation for process improvements.
- Identify production gaps and plan mechanical design implementations.
- Update plant layout with existing machines.
- Create product and process drawings.
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineer Intern on production processes.
- Evaluate root causes of problems for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to improve yield.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft software.
- Familiarity with mechanical design and measurement tools.
- Knowledge of statistics software like Minitab.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and self-starter mentality.
- Ability to take ownership of duties in a dynamic environment.
