Responsibilities
- Create detailed documentation for production team understanding.
- Identify gaps in electrical testing equipment and plan for implementation.
- Collaborate with Industrial and Mechanical Engineering Interns on production design.
- Evaluate root causes of problems and implement controls for improvements.
- Work with production and engineering teams to enhance yield.
- Adhere to plant safety policies for a safe working environment.
- Utilize judgment and calculations, potentially using PSpice®.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft software.
- Understanding of electrical circuit laws and theories.
- Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and source measurement units.
- Ability to use soldering equipment.
- Programming skills in C++, C Sharp, etc. are a plus.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player.
