Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment performance for quality production in a clean room.
- Troubleshoot alarms and perform on-duty maintenance.
- Install and qualify new tool sets on schedule.
- Identify root causes and solve critical equipment issues.
- Drive improvements in tool uptime and defect reduction.
- Enhance hardware capabilities and build monitoring systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and liaise with manufacturing personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant engineering fields.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in the semiconductor industry as an Equipment Engineer is advantageous.
- Strong skills in numerical analysis, statistics, optics, chemistry, or physics.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment and handle physical demands.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
