Responsibilities
- Drive global compliance to manufacturing quality standards and fab quality system certifications.
- Provide quality guidance for successful product launches and high-volume technology ramps.
- Monitor and analyze wafer fabrication processes, equipment parameters, and materials related to wafer quality.
- Apply statistical process control methods to maintain robust manufacturing processes.
- Standardize and document control models and methodologies.
- Utilize predictive analytics and statistical applications for process control and specialized methods.
Job Requirements
- B.S. or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably with 300mm/22nm technology.
- Understanding of Fab Processes and Flow.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
- Preferred experience with Lean, 6Sigma, statistical training, and advanced analytical methods.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau for data programming and visualization.
- Fluent in English and conversational Mandarin is desirable.
