Responsibilities
- Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing science, including theory of constraints and capacity planning.
- Ensure core infrastructure cooperates with production control systems.
- Collect and analyze data related to tools and dispatching logic.
- Create and maintain an effective scheduling system for production capacity targets.
- Respond to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.
- Establish planning capabilities to maximize fabrication capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and manage daily activities of Manufacturing Specialists.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of optimization algorithms and related fields.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
