Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and operating a cleanroom for 5nm fab production.
- Designing and managing chilled water systems and related equipment.
- Operating general exhaust units and thermal oxidizer units.
- Collaborating with design or project management on large-scale projects.
- Conducting construction administration and site observations.
- Analyzing daily system operations and data.
- Monitoring utilities distribution and providing preventative maintenance.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of heat transfer, thermal management, and fluid dynamics.
- Shift work and emergency overtime availability.
- Familiarity with vibration and chemical analysis preferred.
- Team player with multitasking ability in a dynamic environment.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Knowledge of HVAC and building codes required; AutoCAD experience necessary.
