Responsibilities
- Drive answers to unstructured design questions by analysis and experimentation
- Prototype solutions in both software and hardware
- Integrate software and hardware and test the integrated system in clinically relevant conditions
- Participate in system design discussions to provide design input to hardware and software teams
- Contribute to the system risk analysis
- Contribute to product requirements definition
- Support clinical development labs while learning the clinical use case
Job Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- 0 - 3 years of hands-on experience in robotics or other complex electromechanical systems
- Experience with mechatronics and robotics fundamentals (kinematics, dynamics, sensors, actuators)
- Proficiency in Python or Matlab for scripting and data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and adapt to changing needs
- Eagerness to learn new things
