Responsibilities
- Hands-on technical and product development engineering
- Engineering analysis and modeling using classical and numerical methods
- Data-driven component and assembly design
- Hands-on build and test; data analysis and reporting
- Preparing documentation including CAD drawings, BOMs, and QMS documentation
- Collaborating with project team members to ensure successful outcomes

Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 0 to 2 years of industry experience
- Strong academic background with project achievement and leadership qualities
- Interest in medical devices, robotics, machine design, dynamics, heat transfer, and finite element analysis
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with common fabrication methods and materials
