Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team in digital communication and PNT system development.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field relevant to digital signal processing, wireless communications, or hardware implementation.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible engineering experience, with prior people management experience.
- Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
- Experience managing laboratory infrastructure and associated responsibilities.
- Ability to guide teams in a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Effective mentorship and interpersonal skills.
- Current and active TS/SCI security clearance required, along with U.S. citizenship.
