Responsibilities
- Provide Power Systems Engineering technical support.
- Create satellite energy balance and launch vehicle energy depletion analysis models.
- Work with experienced Power Systems Engineering staff to understand satellite subsystems.
- Develop system-level modeling tools for hardware performance characterization.
- Learn satellite operation through launch and initialization.
- Gain exposure to power electronics modeling, simulation, and testing.
- Write clear and concise reports documenting work.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Completed coursework in power systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Transcripts required.
- GPA of 3.5 or higher is a plus.
