Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Engineering on production tooling and design criteria.
- Determines manufacturing processes and authors process plans for production.
- Develops learning curves and makes process improvement recommendations.
- Creates Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) for production scheduling.
- Provides technical guidance for Root Cause / Corrective Action (RCCA) on production issues.
- Analyzes engineering drawings and issues engineering change requests (ECR).
- Identifies and implements new manufacturing technologies for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred experience in machining discipline and machine shop standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate in team environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD.
