Responsibilities
- Work on designing and defining power solutions in the Enterprise or Automotive market.
- Perform topology selection and comparison, system modeling, and optimization.
- Engage in hardware design and testing.
- Develop advanced system, packaging technology, and/or analog IP.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate specifications and understand competitive landscape.
- Create detailed technical definitions for new products.
- Deliver products to the market that are competitive and manufacturable.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power electronics or power management system design.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Hands-on experience designing DC/DC or AC/DC power solutions with GaN or Si LDMOS or CMOS.
- Proficiency with at least one spice-based circuit simulator.
- Published work in Tier 1 IEEE Journals or Conferences.
- Strong technical curiosity and drive for problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions.
