Responsibilities

  • Work on designing and defining power solutions in the Enterprise or Automotive market.
  • Perform topology selection and comparison, system modeling, and optimization.
  • Engage in hardware design and testing.
  • Develop advanced system, packaging technology, and/or analog IP.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate specifications and understand competitive landscape.
  • Create detailed technical definitions for new products.
  • Deliver products to the market that are competitive and manufacturable.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power electronics or power management system design.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
  • Hands-on experience designing DC/DC or AC/DC power solutions with GaN or Si LDMOS or CMOS.
  • Proficiency with at least one spice-based circuit simulator.
  • Published work in Tier 1 IEEE Journals or Conferences.
  • Strong technical curiosity and drive for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions.
