Responsibilities
- Develop, model, simulate, and optimize innovative MEMS transducers.
- Drive innovative concepts towards successful commercialization.
- Work with process experts to optimize MEMS manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain compact behavioral models for system simulations.
- Assess, define, and negotiate MEMS device specifications.
- Perform optimization based on defined MEMS specifications.
- Gather user requirements and implement solutions and enhancement projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education of a Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Extensive experience with MEMS modeling FEM tools (COMSOL, ANSYS).
- Strong understanding of MEMS fabrication processes and fundamental physics across multiple domains.
- Proficiency in multiphysics FEM modeling and signal processing tools (Matlab, Python).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in teams and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
