Responsibilities
- Lead R&D projects impacting TI's businesses.
- Develop differentiated power circuits for Power Management Regulators or controllers.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and track research in power management architecture.
- Balance innovation with execution for timely demonstration of IPs in silicon.
- Collaborate with Process, Packaging, and other team members.
- Support technology transfer and productization of developed IPs.
- Interface with customers and TI teams to understand design challenges and provide support.
Job Requirements
- PhD in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Power Electronic Systems.
- Minimum 3.5/4.0 GPA.
- Understanding of DC-DC power converter topologies and soft switching techniques.
- Knowledge of high-frequency magnetics design and EM simulation software.
- Experience with circuit modeling/simulation tools (e.g., Simplis, PSpice).
- Proficiency in printed circuit board design.
- Proven track record as a strong team player.
