Responsibilities
- Conduct GaN device simulations (TCAD) and design layouts.
- Evaluate fabrication flow through characterization of GaN devices.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers for device manufacturability.
- Work with reliability engineers to meet device reliability standards.
- Investigate failure root causes for improvements in device/process/reliability/yield.
- Utilize knowledge of semiconductor device physics and process flows.
- Perform electrical and materials characterization and statistical data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
- Preferred PhD in relevant engineering or physics discipline.
- Strong hands-on lab experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work collaboratively in teams and manage time effectively.
