Responsibilities
- Manage the cross-functional team for successful launches of new manufacturing lines.
- Collaborate with global teams to develop complex automation equipment.
- Create, maintain, and communicate schedules and plans for manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate build milestones with engineering and production teams.
- Track equipment readiness and report on project status and blockers.
- Drive cost management improvements and track project costs.
- Provide technical leadership to identify solutions to program challenges.
Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in engineering and project management.
- Experience in technical program or project management with capital equipment systems.
- Proven ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Experience leading teams in manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- First-hand experience as a manufacturing engineer.
