Responsibilities

  • Develop manufacturing methods and specify equipment for stator manufacturing.
  • Create new highly automated manufacturing lines from concept to production.
  • Optimize product flow and line efficiency while reducing Capex and lead-time.
  • Generate machine specifications, documentation, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Conduct process flow, failure mode effects analysis, and inspection methodology for new products.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery through proactive program management.

Job Requirements

  • Experience improving production processes using data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
  • Experience with automation systems and robotics controlled by PLCs.
  • Strong hands-on experience with high-volume and pilot manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of data-driven methodology to solve complex problems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
