Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing methods and specify equipment for stator manufacturing.
- Create new highly automated manufacturing lines from concept to production.
- Optimize product flow and line efficiency while reducing Capex and lead-time.
- Generate machine specifications, documentation, and manufacturing instructions.
- Conduct process flow, failure mode effects analysis, and inspection methodology for new products.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
- Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery through proactive program management.
Job Requirements
- Experience improving production processes using data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
- Experience with automation systems and robotics controlled by PLCs.
- Strong hands-on experience with high-volume and pilot manufacturing.
- Proven track record of data-driven methodology to solve complex problems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
