Responsibilities
- Own and drive hardware validation efforts for low voltage programs.
- Develop and maintain automation-focused test software for execution and data analysis.
- Design and build custom test equipment for efficient validation.
- Manage tests from setup through execution and coordinate resources.
- Collaborate with design partners and reliability teams to root cause test failures.
- Perform component validation by simulating realistic usage and environmental conditions.
- Communicate status with program managers regarding validation schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven technical experience through internships, projects, or academic activities.
- Excellent grasp of engineering fundamentals with experience using lab equipment.
- Coding experience, preferably in Python, for automation and data processing.
- Demonstrated experience debugging and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Desire to be hands-on and automate repeatable tasks for efficiency.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with design partners and test technicians.
