Responsibilities
- Drive operations activities for program(s) into factories, aiming for non-event launches.
- Participate in and lead cross-functional Program and Manufacturing Readiness forums.
- Oversee complete manufacturing validation and supply chain readiness.
- Plan and organize pre-launch build activities and ramp management.
- Finalize and validate the MBOM for the program.
- Validate factory systems (MRP, ERP, MES) for launch preparation.
- Manage program validation plans and manufacturing readiness criteria.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive or high volume/high complexity manufacturing.
- Background in Powertrain / High Voltage Battery engineering or manufacturing is highly desired.
- Understanding of complex production line operations and manufacturing validation processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings or CAD models.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
