Responsibilities
- Drive operations activities for program introduction into factories.
- Lead cross-functional Program and Manufacturing Readiness forums.
- Oversee manufacturing validation and supply chain readiness.
- Plan and organize pre-launch build activities and ramp management.
- Validate the MBOM and factory systems for launch preparation.
- Steer program validation plans and manufacturing readiness criteria.
- Communicate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and other teams.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive or high-complexity manufacturing.
- Desired background in Powertrain / High Voltage Battery engineering.
- Understanding of production operations and validation processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in workplace software and problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or CAD models.
