Responsibilities
- Design, release, and launch seat belt system components.
- Collaborate with various vehicle design teams for integration into final products.
- Involve in the full design cycle including conceptualization, CAD design, testing, and manufacturing.
- Support the design and implementation of passive safety systems in new vehicles.
- Utilize CAD software and data acquisition equipment.
- Participate in hands-on prototyping and electro-mechanical system integration tasks.
- Engage in R&D projects related to safety systems.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with CAD software (3Dx or Catia V5), Python, and LS-DYNA.
- Familiarity with data acquisition equipment and system design.
- Prior CAD part and assembly design experience.
- Previous experience in automotive engineering or product design.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools and machine shop equipment.
