Responsibilities
- Create and present collision repair procedures to engineering teams.
- Review 3D models for repair feasibility.
- Interact with engineering teams and collision centers to identify root causes of issues.
- Review crash simulations.
- Design service parts in CAD and create 2D drawings.
- Conduct hands-on investigations and lab tests for validation.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in mechanical design and drafting preferred.
- Proficient in 3D CAD and 2D Drawing (SolidWorks or Catia).
- Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
