Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to define product content requirements.
- Work with Design Studio to resolve design issues.
- Develop engineering targets for product quality and craftsmanship.
- Validate engineering targets through models and mockups.
- Communicate and negotiate targets with Engineering and Studio teams.
- Quantify customer perceptions into objective engineering specifications.
- Analyze sensory inputs to enhance customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Attention to detail regarding product quality perceptions.
- Understanding of good design principles and user experience.
- Knowledge of dimensional variation in assemblies.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis is advantageous.
- Good numeracy, literacy, and logical reasoning skills.
