Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of electrical components and testing parameters.
- Support electrical engineering efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define system interconnects and key automation components.
- Coordinate with other engineering groups to synchronize design criteria.
- Manage vendor control deliverables to meet Tesla standards.
- Design power distribution systems according to electrical safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and solve electrical design problems.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical control panel design and wiring.
- Experience with circuit protectors, sensors, and PLC hardware.
- Knowledge of electrical standards such as NFPA 79 and UL508A.
- Familiarity with control systems like Beckhoff and Siemens.
- Hands-on experience with high voltage equipment (400V/480V).
- Experience in creating technical specifications for automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
