Responsibilities
- Use CAE (FEA/CFD) simulation tools for vehicle structure and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering teams to analyze future designs.
- Work with Test Engineering teams to develop tests and improve simulation models.
- Build models calibrated by test data using existing and new frameworks.
- Analyze test data and create clear reports.
- Provide feedback to component designers on thermal/hydraulic/electrical performance.
- Participate in discussions to guide component design.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Completion of undergraduate courses in statics, dynamics, and materials science.
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in analytical techniques.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) & Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Familiarity with COMSOL, ANSYS-FLUENT, STAR CCM+, MATLAB, and Simulink preferred.
- Ability to deliver analysis on complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in collaborative automotive engineering environments.
