Responsibilities
- Perform Takt time assessments, line balancing, value-stream mapping, and cause and effect diagrams to identify improvement areas.
- Apply Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, value analysis, and value engineering tools for continuous improvement practices.
- Implement industrial engineering and lean manufacturing practices to achieve project savings and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process engineering and maintenance.
- Develop and deliver technical training on continuous improvement principles to production personnel.
- Design and optimize manufacturing layouts considering material flow and headcount allocation.
- Analyze production processes to optimize cycle times and validate line capacities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering experience.
- 2+ years leading cross-functional teams in a production environment.
- Certified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, and 6-Sigma principles.
- Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement projects.
- Experience in analyzing factory layout design and production line design.
