Responsibilities
- Perform Takt time assessments, line balancing, and value-stream mapping.
- Apply Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, and value engineering tools for continuous improvement.
- Implement industrial engineering and lean practices to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
- Develop and deliver technical training on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Design and optimize manufacturing layouts for material flow and headcount.
- Conduct analysis to validate line capacities and optimize production flow.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering.
- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in production.
- Certified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Proven track record in leading continuous improvement projects.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making related to factory layout and production design.
