Responsibilities
- Own RFQ's and contract management, ensuring all agreements are documented before business initiation.
- Drive negotiations for pricing and product development to meet cost expectations and quality standards.
- Develop key performance measures for suppliers and negotiate long-term strategic contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams for new product introduction and mass production.
- Communicate sourcing strategies effectively across stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Monitor semiconductor lead times, fabrication processes, and global supply chain conditions.
- Assess supply chain risks and develop contingency plans for high-volume production needs.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement focused on PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business goals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams.
- Deep understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and familiarity with automotive semiconductor components.
