Responsibilities
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for power distribution and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical failures to minimize production interruptions.
- Support system upgrades, retrofits, and capacity expansions, including electrical infrastructure design.
- Provide technical support for equipment installation and repairs.
- Analyze system performance and prepare reports with efficiency improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with NEC/NFPA codes, OSHA, and safety standards.
- Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial power distribution or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA codes and electrical safety regulations.
- Experience with medium/low voltage systems and motor control systems.
- Hands-on experience with protective relays, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in electrical schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
