Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to identify challenges and innovate solutions.
- Convert concepts into actionable, cost-effective designs prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Develop tools that automate diagnostic workflows and streamline complex investigations.
- Design custom tools for large-scale operations and test complex software systems.
- Build prototypes and lead validation efforts, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Optimize tool selection and deployment in collaboration with tooling partners.
- Document tasks and maintain organization throughout project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Experience in bridging concepts and execution in electrical/firmware projects.
- Expertise in microcontrollers, electrical design, and PCB design.
- Proficiency in Python and C, with strong CAD/eCAD experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with supplier engagement and deliverables management.
- Machine shop and fabrication experience is a plus.
