Responsibilities
- Engage in electrical technology assessments and concept designs during early development phases.
- Contribute to electrical characterization, verification, and validation activities at both component and system levels.
- Participate in project management responsibilities, including report writing and planning.
- Evaluate and adapt standard techniques for innovative electrical designs for medical devices.
- Actively participate in design reviews and research new electrical technologies.
- Identify and mitigate electrical safety risks throughout the product lifecycle.
- Track and improve key electrical engineering metrics for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant engineering internship or work experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Knowledge of manufacturing protocols and continuous improvement techniques preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Altium or comparable EECAD tools for schematic design.
- Fundamental understanding of electrical design principles and technologies.
