Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hardware and System Engineers to design prototypes and mock-ups for testing platforms.
- Create custom electro-mechanical components and test fixtures.
- Conduct hands-on verification of design requirements through physical testing.
- Contribute to the full product development lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with suppliers for component sourcing and manufacturability.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure products meet specifications.
- Document all phases of design work, including changes to specifications and testing results.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in SolidWorks CAD software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Highly curious and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional preferred qualifications include experience in automation systems and basic electrical systems.
