Responsibilities
- Support production and on-time delivery of antenna product lines.
- Provide hands-on support for manufacturing & test technicians.
- Serve as point of contact for non-conforming products, troubleshooting failures.
- Create mechanical and electrical assembly instructions to standardize processes.
- Develop and improve manufacturing process specifications.
- Design fixturing and tooling to aid manufacturing.
- Help translate design requirements into manufacturing inputs.
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical engineering drawings and documents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with CAD systems (Solidworks preferred) and electro-mechanical assembly.
