Responsibilities
- Work on value-added engineering projects.
- Design fixtures to improve process consistency using Solidworks.
- Create Design of Experiments (DOEs) to analyze material properties.
- Evaluate Supplier Initiated Changes (SIC) for product impact assessment.
- Participate in team and project meetings.
- Follow quality procedures and understand the documentation system.
- Provide R&D support for verification and validation studies.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering Bachelor’s degree program.
- Open to lower and upperclassmen.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently.
