Responsibilities
- Perform engineering and testing activities for microwave harness development.
- Understand customer requirements and apply a rigorous scientific method to product design.
- Manage harness development projects to meet customer expectations.
- Support production for multi-channel products, including process development and troubleshooting.
- Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Develop test reports and apply Design-For-Manufacturing principles.
- Follow prototypes through assembly and gather feedback for improvements.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree from a 4-year program (BSME preferred).
- 2+ years of experience with microwave products preferred.
- Experience in creating 3D Models in CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with software like Excel and Word; experience with MRP/ERP systems is desirable.
- Experience or internship at a manufacturing company preferred.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques for small parts assembly.
