Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in creating and assembling prototypes.
- Develop test metrics and methods.
- Utilize SolidWorks and CAD for prototype components and drawings.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team during Design Validation Testing (DVT).
- Support data collection and present findings to engineers and leadership.
- Conduct lab equipment setup and maintenance.
- Assist in problem-solving exercises and engineering documentation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of college courses.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, LabView, MATLAB, and Office 365.
- Interest in mechanical engineering and lab environments.
- Basic understanding of optical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
- Must be eligible for export control license as per U.S. regulations.
